Elodie Taisne
After a multilingual career in international business in France, UK and Germany, I moved to Frankfurt and started my own company specialised in advising expats on Insurances and Investments.
Since 2014, I’ve been supporting expats all over Germany, helping them navigate a system that is often complex and unfamiliar for newcomers.
I’ve been based in Frankfurt and now Wiesbaden. Over the years, I’ve combined my business background with a very practical understanding of what it really means to settle, grow, and plan for the future in a new country. I’m also an entrepreneur and a mother — which means I know how important it is to make the right decisions, not just the “perfect” ones.

Sandrine Chagnoux
My international journey across France, the UK, the United States, and Germany has given me a strong cross-border perspective and a deep understanding of what it means to live and work abroad.
Before specialising in financial and insurance advisory, I built an 18-year career in headhunting, where I develop strong expertise in: Client relationships, Strategic thinking and decision making.
Alongside my professional journey, I am also a single mother of two, which has shaped my resilience, organisation, and adaptability, values I bring into my work every day.

Thomas Marchner
My career started in the hospitality industry, where I trained and worked as a chef all over Europe before moving into cost control and financial management in hospitality. This experience taught me discipline, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility — qualities that still define the way I work today.
It also gave me a real understanding of how businesses operate in practice, beyond theory and spreadsheets.
Building on that foundation, I transitioned into accounting and started my own company in 2020.

I work as an independent accountant, supporting entrepreneurs and international companies setting up or operating in Germany.
